Private On-Site Viewing Rooms Should you wish to view a large number of files at once, or conduct an audit on all of your files, you are welcome to avail of our private viewing rooms, which are located on-site in our secure Records Centre. Many of our clients prefer to review their documents away from the office in a private, confidential and comfortable environment. Working from our inspection rooms is far more convenient than having a large amount of boxes cluttering up their offices. While you are here, our Records Centre team will be at your disposal to retrieve your files, boxes and tapes for you. Each inspection room has telephone and internet access for laptops. Photocopiers and fax facilities will also be made available for your use. Depending on the number of boxes that you wish to view, GRM can have all the boxes ready for when you arrive. Alternatively, we can provide you with batches of boxes on a piecemeal basis to ensure that you can operate in a clean and safe environment.
