Glenbeigh Records Management (GRM) was established in 2004 with the aim of offering an affordable, first class records management service to the Irish market. Over the last 15 years we have continued to grow and we are delighted that the company has gone from strength to strength building a satisfied client base. In 2004 our first service offerings were offsite document storage and vault storage, which even though we are now in a digital era, continue to thrive. They are and always have been highly-secure, cost effective, and 24/7 nationwide service offerings.
Within the first nine months of opening we established an in-house scanning department to meet the needs of our clients ever-evolving digital world. Since then this scanning department has developed into a full-service scanning bureau which is considered Ireland’s largest, offering document and book scanning, as well as digital mailroom facilities and scan-on-demand services.
In 2014, we launched our services in the United Arab Emirates, having developed the region’s most modern and well-equipped facility in Dubai. We have achieved phenomenal success in bringing our experience to the region and last year opened our second records management facility there.
Since inception we have always being committed to staying ahead of the curve in terms of best practice and driving the market in terms of innovation. Having recently opened Ireland’s first oxygen reduced document storage facility, we are staying true to our core values as this facility offers unrivalled fire protection for invaluable records and archives.
The GRM team in Ireland provide our comprehensive range of records management and digitisation services to both national and international clients, many of whom have been clients of GRM for more than a decade. Many of our staff have also been a part of the GRM story for over a decade and are a big part of GRM's success. Indeed, without the commitment and hard work of all our staff, the growth of the business would not have been possible.
