We hope you are keeping well in this extended period of lockdown.
As phase one of the lifting of Covid-19 restrictions begins today, we would like to update you on our return to work plan.
Glenbeigh Records Management is operational as an 'Essential Business' and have limited staff onsite to support our clients who are deemed essential services.
With focus on actioning essential services we are prioritising deliveries over collections. Therefore, we would ask clients to only request a collection if deemed necessary at this time.
Please email our operations team on requests@grm.ie with any essential retrieval or collection requests and the team will process them.
In relation to our scanning and digitisation service, we have introduced updated workflow procedures to comply with physical distancing guidelines.
The health and safety of our employees and customers remains our top priority while actioning these services. With that in mind we have added to the existing safety measures at our facility, including; installing a temperature screening camera at reception to ensure the temperature of everybody entering our facility is checked before entry; implementing a one way system in the storage warehouse where possible; creating segregated working areas; and changing seating arrangements.
