Any phone enquiries are documented and forwarded to the relevant section. The contact name, email address and phone number will remain visible to all staff tasked with dealing with the query. Glenbeigh Records Management do not record or retain phone conversations.

Any emails sent to us are recorded and forwarded to the relevant section. The sender’s email address will remain visible to all staff tasked with dealing with the query. Please be aware that it is the sender’s responsibility to ensure that the content of their emails is within the bounds of the law. Unsolicited material of a criminal nature will be reported to the relevant authorities.

 

- Submitting a contact form

- Stripe

Stripe, more specifically their payment links, enable us to accept orders from website users.

Your data is stored through Stripes data storage, databases and the general Stripe application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Disclosure:

We will not disclose your personal data to third parties except in instances where an individual has consented to the disclosure, or we are obliged by law to disclose the data. Third parties to whom we may disclose information include organisations such as An Garda Síochána.

 

Data Retention:

Personal contact details submitted to Glenbeigh Records Management by website users are stored for 36 months before being deleted. It is kept in a secure environment and available only to those who need to access it. The retention period of an individual's personal data is reset each time there is communication with the individual (thus setting the expiration date to the last communication date plus retention period).

User-level and event-level data stored by Google Analytics is automatically deleted from Analytics’ servers after 26 months. The retention period of the user identifier is reset with each new event from that user (thus setting the expiration date to the last event plus retention period).

 

Security:

Glenbeigh Records Management is certified to the ISO 27001 Information Security Management standard. ISO 27001 is the international standard which is recognised globally for managing risks to the security of information we hold. The standard adopts a process based approach for establishing, implementing, operating, monitoring, maintaining, and improving our Information Security Management System (ISMS).

 

Right of Access:

You have the right to be given a copy of the personal data Glenbeigh Records Management holds on you. This data will be provided to you within one month of the request.

 

Right to have inaccuracies corrected or information erased:

If the personal contact details Glenbeigh Records Management holds on you is inaccurate you can request to have it updated. You can also request to have it deleted entirely from Glenbeigh Records Management’s records.
