We are delighted to announce that we have been certified with the international information security standard ISO27001 following successful completion of a recent audit by the independent external body SGS.
The ISO 27001 certification process demonstrates to our customers, suppliers, employees and partners our commitment to securing the critical information assets that we hold; both our own and most importantly those of our clients which are highly confidential. The process consists of annual audits and full recertification every three years. This ensures that our ISMS continues to deliver its due diligence and offers independent proof of its adequacy and ongoing process improvements.
Commenting on being awarded the standard, Declan Brady, Managing Director of Glenbeigh Records Management, said: “Given the nature of the information assets entrusted to us by our clients we have always taken physical and systems security very seriously. We are delighted that the policies and procedures we have in place are now officially accredited and recognised. Achieving this prestigious accreditation is a testament to our team’s professionalism and demonstrates our ongoing commitment to the protection of data. It will also enhance our current service offering at a time when the marketplace is demanding increased validation that their records management vendors are adhering to the highest level of security.”
