GRM is certified to the latest ISO 9001 standard for quality management

(10 May 2017)

Every couple of years the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) revises their standards to ensure they are current and relevant for the marketplace. ISO 9001:2015 is the most recent revision of the ISO 9001 Quality Management standard and it is designed to be compatible with other management systems, such as ISO 27001:2013, the Information Security Management standard which Glenbeigh Records Management (GRM) is certified with. The key focus of ISO 9001:2015 is to ensure that an organisation has processes in place for continuous process improvement and customer satisfaction.

GRM has been certified to the ISO 9001 standard for over 10 years. Upon release of the latest revision we made the necessary changes to our quality management system to ensure compliance with this up-to-date standard. Following a recent audit by the external certification body SGS we are delighted to announce we are now certified with the new ISO9001:2015 standard.

In order to achieve certification GRM had to demonstrate our ability and commitment to consistently provide products and services that meet customer as well as applicable regulatory requirements. Additionally GRM sought to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of processes for the improvement of our quality management system.

The achievement of this certification reinforces GRM’s commitment to our quality management system, continual improvement and ultimately customer satisfaction.
