If the archive boxes do not meet your needs or if they are damaged upon arrival, you can return them within seven (7) business days of receipt and receive a full refund on the cost of the archive boxes (delivery charges are non-refundable). Please contact our customer service team on requests@grm.ie to arrange this.
Refunds will be made via the method of payment you used to make your purchase and will normally be processed within seven (7) business days of receipt of the returned order.
