Established in 2004, Glenbeigh Records Management (GRM) is a wholly Irish-owned business specialising in records management and digitisation services.
During our 20 years in business, GRM has grown into a full-service records management and digitisation provider, servicing organisations throughout Ireland from our state-of-the-art facility in Dublin 15.
Since its inception, GRM has witnessed the consolidation of the market and the acquisition of most Irish records management businesses by large international corporations. Not only has GRM outlasted these companies, but the business has maintained its success as a family-owned business whilst growing significantly.
This growth is driven by tailoring existing solutions to client needs and innovating with new solutions. The drive towards innovation led us to invest in sophisticated digitisation technologies and build relationships with strategic technology partners that enable us to help clients transition from physical document processes to digital.
Today, GRM has a team of over 100 employees serving more than 750 clients from our highly secure facilities in Dublin 15. These clients range from small businesses to large organisations in the private sector which include healthcare; financial services; legal; pharmaceutical; insurance; business services; retail and hospitality; as well as Government bodies within the public sector.

We developed our records management facilities in Damastown Business Park, Dublin 15. These facilities were specifically designed to manage and store valuable records. Leading security and fire protection infrastructure ensures the highest level of protection
