As the Managing Director of Glenbeigh Records Management (GRM), Stephen oversees all aspects of the company’s operations. With more than 16 years of industry experience with GRM, Stephen excels in streamlining processes, ensuring compliance, and client satisfaction, including implementing solutions to meet our clients’ evolving needs.

Siobhan is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience in senior finance roles. As Finance Director of GRM, Siobhan leads the finance team and brings strategic financial expertise to the organisation. With a proven track record in financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis, Siobhan ensures GRM operates efficiently and sustainably.

As the Head of Operations, Derek oversees the seamless functioning of the records management and digitisation divisions at GRM. Derek has over 25 years of experience in the records management industry and has worked for GRM since its establishment in 2004. During this time Derek has overseen the transformation of our operations through leadership, procedural improvements, and strategic investment.

As Digitisation Manager, Saju manages the operation of our full-service scanning bureau. With over 23 years of experience in digitisation operations, including over 16 years in GRM’s scanning bureau, Saju leads many complex and time-sensitive scanning projects while ensuring adherence to project plans and the delivery of high-quality digital files.

As Marketing & Bid Manager, Niall oversees our marketing and sales operations. Drawing on over a decade of experience with GRM, Niall drives initiatives which aim to enhance brand visibility, acquire new customers, and strengthen client engagement. Niall is also responsible for securing successful partnerships and leading the creation of strategic, client-focused bids which collectively drive business growth.
