Our Facility
Purpose-built for the storage and provision of records management services.
Located in Damastown Business Park, just off the M3 motorway, our facilities have grown from 5,000 square foot in 2004 to comprising over 140,000 square foot today.
Perimeter Fencing
Our records management facility is located on a six-acre campus that is enclosed by three-meter security fencing.
Security Barrier & Electric Gate
A remotely controlled barrier facilitates complete control over vehicle entry and exit while an electric gate secures the campus during out-of-office hours.
CCTV
The facility is continually monitored internally and externally 24 hours a day by CCTV. All footage is recorded and kept on file for 30 days.
Intruder Detection System
Once activated by the perimeter being breached, intervention
specialists view live footage and follow an agreed protocol including notifying Gardaí.
Access Control ID System
Employee swipe cards are configured to control access within the facility on a door-to-door basis, including setting specific times when access is restricted.
Electronic Keypads
Electronic keypads restrict entry into our records management facility by authorised personnel only.
Pre-Combustion Fire Detection System
Detects fire in the incipient stages (before flames are visible) by identifying the products of pre-combustion in the air around the area about to ignite.
Fire Safety Equipment
Carbon Dioxide (CO2) fire extinguishers are in all office areas while Foam Fire Extinguishers are located throughout the document storage facility.
Fire Suppression System (Vaults)
In the unlikely event of a fire, this system discharges an inert gas into the vault until the oxygen reaches a level where combustion is no longer supported.
