Secure GPS-Tracked Collections

The hard drives, LTO tapes, and discs are prepared and secured in separate boxes. Our fully uniformed, security-cleared drivers collect the boxes containing the items to be destroyed and transport them in a secure GRM vehicle for destruction offsite.

Compliant Shredding Procedures

The shredding facility is highly secure and the shredding is carried out in compliance with the EN 15713:2009 standard for the Secure Destruction of Confidential Material.

Certificate of Destruction Provided

Upon completion of the shredding a ‘Certificate of Destruction’ is supplied which incorporates details of the service trip and confirms the IT assets have been securely destroyed.
