Philip Earle - Chairman and Founder

Philip Earle is the Chairman and founder of the Glenbeigh Group of companies. Group activities established by Philip include traditional construction, design and build, off-site construction, records and data management, and reinstatement services for the insurance industry. His dedication and commitment to the Glenbeigh brand is demonstrated in the success of all companies within the Group.

Frank Doolan - Co-Founder

Frank Doolan is one of the co-founder of the Glenbeigh Group of Companies. He has been central to the development of Glenbeigh Records Management (GRM) since its foundation. Frank is responsible for developing and implementing GRM's business strategy.

Declan Brady - Managing Director

Possessing over 25 years’ experience in information management and related areas, Declan has overall responsibility for Glenbeigh Records Management’s operations. He has led the development of Glenbeigh Records Management from its establishment in 2004 and continues to seek out opportunities for growth. Declan ensures the resources are put in place to successfully complete each project. He has overall responsibility for ensuring that all our clients receive service excellence.

Siobhan McDermott - Financial Controller

Siobhan is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accounts (FACCA) with over 20 years’ experience working in senior finance roles. She joined Glenbeigh as Financial Controller in 2006 with responsibility for the overall financial direction of the group and management of the finance team.

Bob Doyle - Head of Sales

With over 33 years of experience in records management, document scanning solutions and data processing, Bob has built his career in this industry. He joined Glenbeigh Records Management in 2004 and is responsible for developing long term relationships with our clients through understanding their organisational business objectives and goals. Utilising his extensive experience and knowledge he gains from the marketplace; Bob investigates new areas to grow the business and works to develop solutions that better serve our clients.

Stephen Earle - Operations Manager

Stephen is a highly organised operations manager with over 10 years of experience in the records management industry. He has a genuine passionate and enthusiasm for records management, and brings a meticulous approach to every project. Stephen has built up a wealth of experience managing large teams to successfully deliver projects and has a proven track record of service delivery. He continually focuses on client satisfaction and improving organisational efficiency.

Derek Patterson - Digitisation Manager

Derek is a methodical professional with over 20 years’ experience in the records management industry. He has worked for Glenbeigh Records Management since its establishment in 2004 and has headed up our digitisation division since 2017. During this time Derek has overseen the transformation of our scanning capabilities through leadership, procedural changes and strategic investment. He is responsible for many complex and time sensitive scanning projects, with agreed project plans and guaranteed high quality deliverables.

Saju Chacko - Digital Delivery & QA Manager

Saju is a technically minded professional with over 15 years' experience in the records management, the last 8 of which he has spent working with Glenbeigh Records Management. With a Master in Computer Applications (MCA) from PSG College of Arts and Science, Saju focuses on overseeing our quality assurance procedures in our scanning division and managing client specific data delivery solutions.
